The University of Aosta Valley and the University of Savoie Mont Blanc are pleased to announce the second TEM Summer School on innovation in place branding, management and regional development.
The event, organised by the Transborder centre on Tourism and Mountain Economies (TEM), is intended for PHD students and young researchers interested in the field. The participants may earn 2 academic credits in applied economics.

The Summer School is organized as follows:
4-6 June: lectures
7-8 June: TEM conference

DEADLINE

In order to participate, you must apply to the Summer School official form which is now available.
Participants are selected on the basis of their curriculum vitae and the scientific contribution they are going to present during the conference. Students interested in the event are invited to submit their curriculum vitae and the abstract, together with the completed application form (by postal mail, e-mail or certified e-mail) by May 18th 2018.

The selected abstracts and grants will be notified by May 21st, then you can proceed with the registration using the corresponding form. Registration deadline: May 21th.

GRANTS

Summer School and scientific Conference are free. Meals, accommodation and logistics are excluded. Participants are therefore invited to register by using the registration button choosing the Ph.D. package option (350€). Six scholarships, of 350€ each, are available to fully cover accommodation and logistics costs.

Participants to the Summer School will be hosted at the Hotel of the Forte di Bard (Aosta Valley, Italy) in double room accommodations.
Forte di Bard is one of the best examples of early 1800 military stronghold.
